Man that SBS sett looked tough. Wonder if he used hands at all to assist during the sett? If not, it's pretty heavy ass weight.

Safety squat bar, as others have pointed out. They aren't the same as a standard squat as the weights are in a different position. I've got mine on order (arrives at the end of the month) and I had always intended it to be an accessory exercise.

It really KILLS thighs when done without helping with your arms. Throw your ego in the corner and start getting some gains!

^^ don't know about Hatfield, but i've always heard of it as "safety squat bar" Serb.

Safety Squat Bar for sale

He's right about the Hatfield squat :)
I prefer the safety bar squat over regular squat, it's much easier on my elbows and shoulders, and over all it just feels more natural to squat with.

Wow, I've never seen one of those bars before, using one would save me a lot of shoulder pain..

You do incline bench press one day and flat bench press another, or? If you doing regular bench twice a week, I suggest you switch another bench press session to some other pressing movement to save your joints. You know, pressing different range of motion wears your joints different, which results in healthier joints, because you aren't wearing your joints in the same way twice a week. You get what I am trying to say? I know I might be little unclear because I am not native english speaker.
