Mine is both chicken and eggs lately, once in a while ill eat more beef then chicken.

If growth is my goal then it is beef and egg whites. If health and longevity is my goal then I would say Spinach and other whole food plant proteins.

In all seriousness, eggs and egg whites, chicken breast, beef and almonds on this one.

It's a goal of mine every day to gather as much protein from whole food sources rather than relying on supplemented protein. That being said I'll consume at least 25g of whey before and after every workout.
