i just wanted to make a new log,didn?t like the other one. what im doing at this point is just eating like a bodybuilder and just learning about my body

today i did chest,tricep

bb bench press:
-60kg 10 reps
-70kg 8 reps
-60kg 10 reps
-60 kg 10 reps

incline machine press:
-50kg 10 reps
-55kg 10 reps
-60kg 10 reps
-65kg 10 reps

dips:
10 reps
10 reps
9 reps
9 reps

cable cross over 4 sets

cg bench press:
-40kg 10 reps
-50kg 8 reps
-40kg 10 reps
-40kg 10 reps

one arm db extension
-4 sets 10 reps of 10kg db

rope pushdown 4 sets 10 reps

and next week is off becouse the gym is closed for the week for maintaince work, sucks but i will do tons of cardio instead
