last year i made a cycle of glycerol and found it very efficient as far as muscle pumps and greater resistence while training.
this year i was thinking about shifting to mannitol, since i can get it for free.
at the end of the day, they both belong to the same class of drugs, osmothic diuretics and should work very similarly.
has anybody tried it?
last year, i started from 10 ml of glycerol and went up to 50 ml, diluted with abundant water.
this time i'm planning of starting with a single bottle, 100 ml with 18% concentration of mannitol, (so it is about 20 ml of mannitol) and, in case, increase the dose.
what do you guys think?
