I've recently started to feel some discomfort in my left shoulder. I've already looked up for YTWL's and scarecrows. When should I execute them? I suppose that definatly before gym sessions as a shoulder warmup, but is it ok to do them anytime as well?

Also, should I ditch DB flies?

Ditch the exercises that hurt youre shoulder, train lots of rear delt (facepulls, facepulls, some band pullaparts, and more facepulls), you can train it 3-4 times a week until the shoulder feels better.
And do some light stretching, if you never do it, thats probably a part of the problem (being to tight in the shoulder/chest....

I've also noticed that while doing lying external rotations my left shoulder seems to fatigue way sooner than the right one.

Insead of just throwing in some exercise it would be helpfull to know what causes the problem. Propper diagnosis first imo.

Last week i was not able to train because i slept on my shoulder & it was sore like hell, Bro shoulder joint is the most injury porn joint of human body so don't mess with it take a week off you are not going to lose anything but it will help you.

Rest wish you speedful recovery so you can hit iron hard
