I've recently started to feel some discomfort in my left shoulder. I've already looked up for YTWL's and scarecrows. When should I execute them? I suppose that definatly before gym sessions as a shoulder warmup, but is it ok to do them anytime as well?
Also, should I ditch DB flies?
