To be honest there were a couple of idiots in the gym that got on my nerves, dropping weights (5Kg plates, mind you) acting all buffed while benching 50Kg and they were using a bench just besides mine, so rage could have been a factor in my PR too. I think that they are so against training legs that they aren't allowed to bend their knees to put the ****ing plates gently on the floor. God i hate them.
