Do you ever have a shit session?
EDIT: I'm now flooding you with unasked info. Here you can see my progress week by week since I started doing 5/3/1 (deload weeks excluded) these graphs show my estimated max for each main lift (sq, mp, dl and bp) and the weekly estimated total, red lines mark summer vacation, a bad lower back pain and xmas vacation:
As you see there's a clear growing trend, however all lifts (especially bench) have suffered up and downs, aka shit sessions. IMO the good results are just Wendler's program being fool/weak/lazy-proof more than me doing anything especial. Anyhow "I worked my way up from nothing to a state of extreme poverty"
I hope that answers your question.
Speaking of ****iness...
Phase 7 week 2 day 3
Deads 166Kgx3 , 178Kgx3 , 190Kg x 2 , epic fail mid 3rd rep FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU
i'll finish this phase and lower the DL weight for the next one.
lack of available rack has made us do a fun "complex" consisting in cleans, military presses and good mornings (with 40Kg BB) 3 sets.
Hanging leg raises x 2 x 10
"IPF Raw depth" is the minimum depth I aim for, i consider that to be pretty deep if you ask me. I'm not competing in anything anyway and I use to go atg for most sets, I just force myself to go no-more-no-less than that in my heaviest sets in order to be able to grind maybe one more rep.
What you won't catch me doing are those less-than-half reps most people do (of the few people who actually squat in comercial gyms nowadays).
