Front Squats 50Kgx10 , 60Kgx10 (calves-to-hammies)
Lying leg curl 8th of 10 settings x 10 , 9th x 10
Standing 1-legged calf raises 125Kg x 10 x 2 sets
weighted abs (machine) stack x 25 x 2 sets
a pb on squats...that makes my day. Last rep was a little grind but whatever it takes!

On a side note today i haven't ridden alone, a friend of mine came with me and we're already planning some routes to do on the bike so hopefully this will turn into something regular. And you flex your triceps while ridding, and that's a sexy plus lol.
