So...let's see if I manage to keep a log for a while folks.

A little background:
I'm a hobbyist gym-goer, i've never competed on anything and don't plan to do it, i just enjoy lifting heavy ****. It's relaxing and keeps me out of a chair/couch/car.
I'm 29, computer scientist/software engineer, weak compared to most of you but a beast for the average male in my field hehehe.
1'85m (that's about 6'1") ~90Kg at the moment with a fat % i'm not proud of. I did 2 rounds of 5/3/1 before holydays and currently i'm doing what i call "phase 2.5", repeating phase 2 to get on track again after 3 weeks of laziness, enjoying food and huge amounts of gin tonic.

Last week i did phase 2.5 week 1 with these numbers

MON - Squats 106Kg x 7 (phase 2 was x 9)
TUE - Standing MP 46Kg x 11 (phase 2 was x 9)
THU - Deadlift 132Kg x 7 (phase 2 was x 11)
FRI - Benchpress 88Kg x 11 (phase 2 was x 11)

Sooo if you're looking for huge numbers better go to freako's log ;) I'll be posting my squat session this afternoon, stay tuned.

hey man, i just check logs for pbs. if your improving thats what motivates me. stay to it and keep updating and ill keep coming back.

just to add more cheese, its ur own race and u shouldnt compare urself to anyone else anyway just keep getting stronger !

well, yes, and tKoL would use 4 dif. curling movements as his main lifts, but we are talking about normal people here :p

Phase 2.5, week 2

Squats 98Kgx3 , 106Kgx3 , 112Kgx8 PB Pickle, you better check my log, 'cause i got that last rep for you. (phase 2 was x 7)
Front Squats 50Kg x 10 x 2 sets
Lying leg curl 8th (out of 10 settings) x 10 x 2 sets
Standing 1-legged calf raises 112Kg x 10 x 2 sets
weighted abs (machine) stack x 20 x 2 sets

I just realized that it was a PB for "calculated 1RM" too

Sexy DB curlz 15Kg x 8 x 2 sets
DB Shrugs 35Kg x grip failure

done in ~45mins.

@Pickle, it's meh 'cause i did it x10 before holidays. It seems that DL is the movement that suffers the most from high gin-tonic dosages.

"palms up" cable triceps 25Kg x 12 x 2 sets

it seems that i'm back to my pre-vacation self, generally speaking. Let's see how next week goes.
