A little update from me. Couldn't find the old thread so made a new one. I'm still 17 years old but turning 18 this year in december. In the beginning of this year I had my first diet and I lost about 7kg's and got pretty much leaner. Now my weight is around 90kg's and I'm 182cm tall. I couldn't train in the gym at all during the summer but now I have been back in business. Please tell me what do you think?
