I love training without gloves but, I am concerned about touching the same equipment as others and perhaps acquiring some disease. For example, a person sweat or perhaps they could have a cut; my palms would absorb it, thus acquiring it. I recently read something like the former.

If you don't want a disease then don't lick the bar...

It's your choice:

no gloves: you can catch iron-aids
gloves: you grow a vagina

I'd be more worried about what you'd pick up from touching a lift button or escalator rail.

Gloves are for pussies. Plain and simple.

On a serious note: if anything, gloves could become a breeding ground for bacteria. And they stink.

3. If you feel that if you don’t have effective lifting grip, you are not likely to progress in weight lifting or in simple words it is preventing you from lifting higher weights at the gym, it is recommended for you that you should be using lifting straps at the gym.

I don't think that those gloves will help you stay away from the viruses over there, I mean they still have the fingers free and you still make contact with the bar. Even if they were full gloves, you'd still breath the same air as anyone else.
