An update on my upcoming show oct. 30th. 7weeks out in these pics. my progress is going great. I managed to put on 5-8lbs of muscle since the last show. 210lbs in these pics and definitely more shredded then last show already.

ok wow sorry for not keeping this updated, but having a 5mon old daughter, working, and dieting/training for a show takes a ton of time. Anyways I won my weight class again and qualified for nationals. Just missed the overall by one vote. The heavy weight was thicker, I was more conditioned so it came down to what ever each judge was looking for. I just made light heavies.......when I say just made I mean I weighed in at 198.2......the cut off is 198.25. by the time I hit the stage for pre judge i was 204....then for the night show I was 210. I carb loaded a **** ton for 3 days before the show, then that morning blasted the **** outta carbs. in between pre and night I ate a burger fries and had a coke, which filled me out to the max. my last show I weighed 186lbs. So this goes out to who ever said that's gonna be tough putting 5-10lbs on before your next show.....because I put on almost 20lbs stage weight, plus was way more conditioned. And for everyone who thinks oh he must of just blasted massive amounts of drugs.......nope actually i did less this show. I found the perfect number that works for my body, plus i ate a hell of a lot more during my diet, and trained harder than ever.

I'll throw some pics up when I get the disk back from the photographer, or when rxmuscle.com puts them up. which ever is first. The pics I got so far are real ****ty quality and at bad angles.
