Yo Vegeta, this log caught my eye! I don't read any logs here, I guess I should start. I have a huge interest in strongman comps but I won't even have a chance if I can't get my overhead press to at least 200lbs (~90kgs). I'll try and stop by your log often to see how your strength gains go. What program are you following?
