Thanx guys, and benno, now im aiming for Raw powerlifting national championships in 2013, where i wanna compete @ -120kg.
Some new pr's
- 2x150kg fsq/1x155kg fsq, 10kg+ on old pr, missed 160kg
- Lastback squat was 175kg+32kg chains, with chains coming off completely @ bottom, so 205+ at top and about 190kg at bottom, didnt do straight bar weight, but pr before that wa 185kg, so its improving, gonna start new cylce today, finally hit the 200kg ipf depth
- Raw paused bench 127.5kg, and 120kgx3, this is by far my weakest grip ont he bench, but its slowly improving
- Db shoulder press, 36kgx8, 40kgx5, 32kgx12
- CGBP, hit some new rep pr's 120kgx4, 125kgx2, think im over my 130kg pr now, will see soon.
So its going pretty good, but now im gonna really start working on squats and deads and also bench, shoulder work will be lots of pumping and row work will be heavy again.
