These guys have really uped the ante in these past 3, 4 years... he looks incredibly lean for such a long time away from contest! Also he is the Biggest thing out there BUT THATS A GIVEN!Last edited:

Jay has a very particular way of executing the movements in each exercise!
It does not use many tricks and uses fluid movements well .. I like that!Similar threads
