In part 3 Rodney enters a critical phase of his trek toward the North Americans. As cardio is added, calories and carbs are restricted and the demands on his time and energy increase, Rodney must face the inevitable loss of strength that comes with preparing for a bodybuilding competition.
For someone who prides himself on his raw strength it is a difficult time in the prep and we see Rodney?s disappointment when he misses a heavy lift. Will he be able to surrender to the trade off and alter his training to suit his goals?
