Hi folks
My trainer advised me to go for Sus 25mg/wk for 6 wks and then after 3 wks of my last shot, shoot Nolva 25mg/day for 20 days..

Im 200 pounds, chest 43, arms 16, waist 34, legs 25 with 24% body fat

What do you suggets??

My answer to your question is that you are far too fat and clearly haven't got enough time under the bar to be messing with anything outside of eating and lifting. Get your diet in check first because 24% bodyfat is about 10-15% too high.
