i've tried to log my training a few times before, in some other pages - without succes.
So hopefully i won't be a lazy asshole this time, and do it properly.
I just started training 3split instead of 5/6split. So i just have to get used to the low volume. And at the same time i don't eat as many carbs as usaully, soooooo i feel weak.
Todays workout will be posted in 2-3 hours.
