9 and a half reps! I've seen him pressing that weight for 8 reps before, I believe.

now thats walking the walk, none of that Ben White crap! Take away the bad arm and leg genetics (in BBing context) and hes got a very very good physique... especially his back is immense!

Well, he made that look easy.

I am actually more impressed with the feat considering the slight sloppiness in his form, requiring him to have incredible stability while pressing. If you notice he kind of bounces the DB off of his chest, but in doing so he gets somewhat shaky wrist movement, and has to stabilize the weight. I am impressed also, Tim.

I'd say it was closer to a tap than a bounce.

I'd say it was closer to a tap than a bounce.

If we want to get really picky I said, "Kind of bounces", which could approximate to tap if we care to go there.

:)

My point is we are communicating the same thing as far as form is concerned.

I'm more impressed he could pop that amount of weight up from his knees. 10 reps, I imagine he could, and probably has if he has access to the heavier dumbbells, use heavier weight.

^^ Exactly what I was thinking. Its one thing to press that much weight but to throw it up is pretty crazy.
