I recently was in a raw powerlifting meet. I'm 23 and weighed in at 218. Although my squat and bench sucked, at a 501 squat and a 343 bench, I did get my first 600 deadlift for a total of 1444.
I don't have another meets planned out for awhile, but I am now on the road to a raw 700 deadlift and a 1500 raw total.
I will keep you guys posted with my improvements.
