Designed for a 200 pound bodybuilder.

I can't imagine anyone actually following this. FLEX mag must believe all bodybuilders are rich, have the entire day to cook food, and are willing to get fat and bloated. A lot of guys would get very sloppy on this type of meal plan.

Before meal 1.)
6-8g glutamine
7-10g amino acids and BCAA's

Meal 1.)
5 egg whites
1 whole egg
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup probiotic yogurt
1 banana
1 cup apple juice
1 scoop whey protein isolate (crossflow micro and ultrafiltered)
1 serving of a multivitamin and L-carnitine (20 mins after meal)

Meal 2.)
2 scoops mass gainer
1 tbs natural peanut butter
5-6 grams amino acids and BCAA's (20 mins after meal)

Meal 3.)
6 oz chicken breast
1/2 cup brown rice
1 1/2 cups broccoli
1 tbsp Udo's Choice Ultimate Oil Blend
5-6g amino acids and BCAA's

Meal 4.)
6 oz top sirloin
1 large sweet potato
1 cup green beans
2 oz. almonds
1 scoop Mass Gainer
5-6g amino acids and BCAA's (20 mins after meal)

Meal 5.)
6 oz. chicken breast
1 cup brown pasta
mixed green salad with 1 whole egg
5-6g amino acids and BCAA's (20 mins after meal)

Pre-workout.)
pre-workout matrix with 600-700ml water (45-60 mins before training)
5-6g glutamine
5-6g amino acids and BCAA's
1 serving multivitamin and L-carnitine (10-15 mins before training)

During-workout.)
1/2 serving intra workout creatine formula containing carbs and protein with 600-700ml water, sipped through workout

Post-workout.)
1 serving intra-workout creatine
2 scoops whey protein isolate
30 g vitargo
500-600 ml water

Meal 6.)
5 oz top sirloin
3 egg whites
1 medium baked potato
2 cups mixed greens
5-6g amino acids and BCAA's
1 serving multivitamin and L-carnitine

Meal 7.)
1 slice whole grain toast
1 banana
2 tbsp natural peanut butter
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 scoop multiblend timed-release protein

Meal 8.)
1 oz almonds
2 scoops multiblend timed-release protein

Daily totals on an OFF-DAY (not including intra-workout carbs)
5,720 CALORIES
495 G PROTEIN
623 G CARBS
136 G FAT

Make that very sloppy & fat! Also I wouldnt be planning diets based on BBers weight alone, may be this would be a ok for a 6 foot 200 pounder BUT for a 5'6'' 200 pounder this would be an over kill so just mentionning weight alone for the prospective "victim" of this diet is misleading from the get go!

They also must not know much about digestion or enzyme kinetics. And lmao at 495g protein, and hat amount of fat and carbs. They must not have much info on nitrogen, fat or carbohydrate metabolism. I feel bad for peoples kidneys and livers.

lol at that entire diet. That's one of the most ridiculous things I've ever read or seen from Flex Magazine. Now every 15 year old aspiring douche is going to believe this crap.

Even more so than "Weider's Principles" :)? ... how those became Joe Weider's, I will never understand!
I diet that does not take into account body type (ecto, meso & endo) is never going to work!

Not just height, but age too. Imagine the difference of a 45 year old metabolism and an 18 year old.

It also doesn't take into account life. I work 70 hours a week, I sure have time to eat 10 times a day.
