this is a thread which contains my self..in greece its really hard to get any publicity in really worlwide forum's like musclemecca..i am a member for over 5 years, but neven felt ready to show myself in front of you guys..well i got the title for second year straight..and right now i prep for the world championship in venise italy which will be in 10 june..in a couple days. here are a few pics of my last competition and some pics from my prep too..i will also update you guys with videos and pics so you can see my progress..thank you for your attention..and..train hard and smart at the same time! that's from me.
