I am really trying to find the time to get back into shape. I need to get motivated and I need an easy plan to get started? IU figured this would be a good question to get things started in this forum?
How did you guys get into body building in the first place and how would you suggest an old bastard like myself gets started? I was never a body builder but I used to work out often and I was pretty cut. Now I am what ever the opposiote of cut is.. haha Help me please..lol
