Hey guys I wanna know natural food's that will help you to become huge. Cause supplements are not good for some people.

You can eat Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, Egg Whites or Eggs, pasta, Potatoes and many other things. which will help you to build good mass.

The natural and organic protein foods are the best to build the muscles rather than using the protein supplements or meditation.
Do focus on natural and organic protein foods. You should take raw eggs, chicken, meat, nuts, beans, cheese, and leafy vegetable in your muscles building diet to get more natural protein.

Natural or organic protein should be good enough. I remember some time back I used to follow a natural bodybuilding program called max ot and it had a diet that went with it. It was a really good program maybe when you get the chance you could look into it and see what you think about it.
