I thinks workout routine is much necessary thing to achieve desire goal,.
Chest + Back
Biceps + Triceps
Shoulder + Legs
Rest
Repeat again,.
Its my proper workout routine,.

I do my best to spend about 45mins to an hour working out according to how much I can push my body in the gym that day. If you add cardio to that then you get about an hour and 30 mins
