I know Rich Piana has had so much controversy lately with the steroids thing, releasing his steroid plan and everything else but dam, look at his supposed girlfriend Sara Heimis! The dude get's my respect for that alone!

no man, melvin antony defeated rich piana and quincy taylor!
in a video, mutant series, he told that when he competed he doesn't like his body.
he did all he can do for competitions, but when he looked at the mirror he wasn't happy.
so he stopped to compete and he changed his body ... and he become how we know!
