    I prefer to do the things a bit differently. I am on the ketogenic diet right now, therefore I am pretty weak in the gym. Usually, I have the cheat day the day before the legs day because I use a lot of volume and pretty heavy weights (up to 18 sets of squats, just like in the days I was a powerlifter).
