    yeah i agree with rocky, do legs first man, they are big and need much energy. Anyway thats a real solids session and u are moving some big weights to man, good work:)

    Pullups:
    12 reps
    12 reps
    12 reps
    12 reps

    BB rows:
    -40kg for 10 reps
    -50kg for 10 reps
    -60kg for 10 reps
    -70kg for 10 reps....cheated a bit tho

    Underhand pulldowns:
    -40kg for 15 reps
    -45kg for 15 reps
    -50kg for 15 reps
    -55kg for 15 reps

    Pulley rows:
    -40kg for 20 reps
    -50kg for 20 reps
    -60kg for 20 reps
    -70kg for 20 reps

    E-z bar curls:
    -10kg for 10 reps
    -20kg for 10 reps
    -20kg for 10 reps
    -20kg for 10 reps

    Incline curls:
    -4kg for 12 reps
    -6kg for 12 reps
    -8kg for 12 reps
    -12kg for 12 reps

    Preacer curls with e-z bar:
    -4 sets of 10 kg for 15 reps

    Hammer curls:
    -4kg for 20 reps
    -6kg for 20 reps
    -8kg for 20 reps
    -10kg for 20 reps

    Had no time for cardio

    Session looked good. I like the higher volume, and respectable weight you were using as well. Pull-ups were awesome, I wish I could do atleast 1 set of 12 Good work

    Oh btw, I think you could have taken one of those back exercises out and one of those bicep curls out and done cardio. Even if the cardio was only 10-15 minutes, any cardio is beneficial.

    paul- the reason for now cardio was that i oversleep and i had only time for like one hour in the gym. i will do it tomorrow

    Db flat bench press:

    DB flat flyes:

    cable crossover:

    i did my cardio today and did 30mins of swimming and some jacucy after that

    BB shoulder press in smith machine:
    -30kg for 10 reps
    -40kg for 10 reps

    Db shoulder press:
    -15kg for 12 reps
    -17kg for 12 reps

    -22kg for 12 reps

    Db laterals:
    -4 sets of 8kg for 15 reps

    Db shrugs and bb shrugs
    -4 sets of 10 and 12 reps

    One Leg press:
    -110kg for 15 reps
    -120kg for 15 reps
    -130kg for 15 reps
    -150kg for 15 reps

    Smith machine squats:
    -40kg for 15 reps
    -50kg for 15 reps
    -60kg for 15 reps
    -70kg for 15 reps

    Leg extension:
    -4 sets of 90lbs for 20 reps

    Leg curls:
    -8 sets with 50lbs and 70lbs for 20 reps

    seated calf raises plate loaded:
    -4 sets with 3 plates for 15 reps

    Leg press calf raises:
    -4 sets of 150kg for 20 reps

    No cardio for today

    week 1 done and it suprised me how i was getting good numbers even tho i was only resting 1 min. it suprised me also that some exercises i did for 6 reps i could also do for 10 reps so im getting to belife that higer volume is better than max-ot

    i think it´s better to switch the bodyparts like this: i hope this will be better

    day2:lowerbody
    day3:shoulder,bicep,tricep

    Chest:

    bb bench press:
    -40kg for 10 reps
    -50kg for 10 reps
    -60kg for 10 reps
    -70kg for 6 reps
    -60kg for 10 reps

    Incline bench press machine:
    -40kg for 12 reps
    -50kg for 12 reps
    -60kg for 12 reps
    -70kg for 12 reps
    -80kg for 12 reps

    db flat db press:
    -30kg for 6 reps

    And i did low volume for tricep and ashamed that i didn´t pound them

    did cardio: 4 sprints at speed: 14,15,16,17
