@TILL with the reverse grip barbell row, are you hitting a different angle or is it just a personal prefrence?

    Tweak: You're still fanboy #1!
Tunen: I was one hour early, and when you say "16.30" it does mean ready to begin lifting at 17.00, you damn rockstar-wannabe... I'm sorry, it's an old injury from work, just imagine what happens when people show up late in the kitchen...
Anygays, I'll try and work some bench thing out this weekend, and maybe, MAYBE, we can meet up on monday and start hitting the fucking iron. I don't have Excel on my comp though, but perhaps that's because I bought it from a guy who looked a lot like Borat...
Btw: The biggest Danish celeb is Lars Ulrich from METALLICA.

    @ Mr. Fabulous.

Great Yate's rows and shoulder work, bro. Also, special props for the rack pulls; great weight there. Good to see those calves of yours are growing...at least someone's are!

Yeah, Yates' and delt presses are going better. And I'm hoping to get those calves to infinity and beyond. To bad I'm nt getting any competition from Tunen, his calves are actually getting smaller the more his trains 'em...

Here's my new program with a Gillingham benchcycle and some progressions in chins, which I'm trying to improve. Criticism is welcome.

Metallica isn't metal enough. Go listen to some Dethklok.

    Just kidding, I love Metallica

Nice assortment of exercises on your back, shoulders, and calves day. Great weight on those rackpulls!

Good luck on the new program!

Hey hey! I do the Yates row as a personal prefrence, becuase I fell them better in the lats, than normal BOR. Plus the exercise forces you to really focus on form due to the ROM. Thanks for the input. Keep checking back.

Looks good dood. But remember that 1RM in the Gillingham cycle is what you expect to lift after the cycle (current 1RM + 5-10kg).

Thnx, Glex! I'm excited to get on with the new program, hope the bench will come along eventually...
    And yes, Metallica rules all.

Thanks, dude! I know about the 1RM, and I've purposely sat it low (I lifted 100 kgs. once a few weeks ago, so that's still my current 1RM, and I know it blows) so I've set the 1RM after the cycle to 105 kg. and then upped the kgs. in the cycle a little. If I, for some unknow reason, should feel the numbers are too low, I'll try and increase them...
How are you training next week? It sounded like IK99 is getting run over with WL'ers at 10.30 and 16.30 or what? Training tues, thurs and sat. instead? See you in the dungeon!
