    Awe shit Turk... last two sessions looked great! Damn I wish I had a training partner like you! Someone to make sure those weights stay huge, huge, and a little more huge...

    Sucks about the knee bro... I've had similar issues (torn cartilage in my knee) totally sucks! Doing great anyway!

    sry i can't get around to every1...i'm exhausted and still need to get a shower, eat and hit the sack for sum AM cardio and do the whole school thing......thanks for all ur support !!!!!!!!!!!


    I hit back tonight and it just took everything outta me....

    (quickly)

    up to 310 on the lat pulldowns for 10

    315 on both overhand and underhand bb rows.

    T-bar rows up to 7plates for 9

    and sum seated rows entire stack
