uve had some insane sessions this week lance, leg session is terrific! 15 reps with 120 kg on squats is just awesome! i c u dropped the leg presses and went back to the good old squat afterall
chest session is also terrific, u teared it up from all angles, flat bench looks great, 90 kg for 11 is serious weight to be pressing bud:) and i think u made the right call to drop back from 100 to 90, that way u can work back up with more reps. inclines looks great too, and bicep work is far from shabby. overall great work bro.
btw how is the bulking going? what is ur bodyweight atm?

Yeh i decided to go back to squats and i'm dropping the weight now because i want to fail between 12-15 reps, my thighs were on fire and there hurting like hell now :crymeariver: However, if i feel the squats are doing more harm than good then i wnt be shy to ditch them and use the leg press again. :coolguy: Dropped from 100-90 on the bench because i wasn't progressing and think its because the weight was too heavy and therefore my reps were too low. next week i'll try for 95kg for about 8 good reps.
Bulk is going well, it's took a while to get into it though with the holiday and everything but its going good. weights 13st 10lbs or should i say 87kg :keke:
