Finally back after a 2.5 month lay off....
3 sets of 60kgx10-8-8
3 sets of 20 kg x8
Seated hammer press
3 sets of 20kg per side x8
Seated tricep extensions with ez bar
3 sets of 20kgx10
V bar pushdowns
3 sets of 45kgx12
Did 5 sets of abs on a machine that u crunch ur whole abs...upper and lower
Did 20 minutes bike and burned 175 kcal...
This is a really easy and light workout to get back into it.
Will do this type of training this week to get back into it
Tommorow is back, traps and bi's
Now that i will be here regularly again ill start checkin everybody's logs!

I have started to eat better since monday again so hope this will further help my strentgh and size to come back...for the last 2 months i was only eating like 2 huuuuge melas a day...now im back to six little meals including 1-2 shakes...gettin too fat for comfort...
So later i will post the back trap and bi session....stay tuned

Hammer curls with both arms
3 sets of 16kgx10
plate loaded machine preacher curls unilateral
15kg on each sidex10-8-8
Then i did cardio 20 min same bike but got to 200 kcal this time...gonna keep increasing it like that till i hit 400 then i will hit the treadmill!
