    lol yeah it's sad. I watched the guy the whole time I was there. He was there for a good while before I got there. He did about 7 different chest and bicep exercises while I was there

    Love the work on the bech press man, changing the grips allowing you to hot the muscles working at all angles.

    This is what I was doing, going a little deeper. You basically want to go until your torso is parallel with ground. They're are so many variations, truly an amazing exercise.

    Just make sure you sit back on your heels, lead with your hips and keep your lumbar spine neutral.

    EDIT: Also, the Dimmel deadlifts are more of a conditioning movement. Instead of doing 8 reps you want to do 2 sets of 20.
