    Barbell Curls

    Reverse Cable Curls Total reps 28

    kneeling ham curls single leg total reps for each leg 30

    Leg Press total reps 10
    10 plates (450)x10 was to light :(

    back smith machine squats (20 rep squats with rest pause)
    120lbs x15x5

    standing calve raises
    300x40 (didnt pay much attention to when I pause:( )

    Overall a good work out Kinda of light in a few exerise but will go heavy next time around...

    yea cause I kinda regretted cause I lost much strength on the chest movements but Body building is not a weight thing so I guess it could not have hurt so much :dunnodude:
