    I was sitting in front of my computer and I saw something intresting on the tv..
    So I pushed the chair with me in it towards the tv as I normally do.
    But this time the wheels turned on the chair and broke off..I fell to the floor breaking the armrest off with my hip and banged my head into my couch...and lets put it this way...it didnt move..

    Results was a bruised ass/hip...sprained right thumb, and a concussion

    But you are right...after that I "molested" the chair

    I was going to the gym today, but I have desided to stay home. My hip/ass still hurts :D
    So I'm going to do one legged squats with just my bodyweight and long strides up on a stair.
    And that will be it for legs this week.
    I will post the leg "session" In a moment

    Tomorrow I'll head back to the gym though to do back and shoulders and maybe some small work on arms
