    ya buddy no problem, it's defiantly motivating to check out the training logs again, i haven't peeped them in quite sum time and there are a lot of ppl having sum awesome sessions ......i actually still haven't had the chance to get that whopper yet, there's no Burger King by my school only McD's.....but don't worry the first Burger King i run into i will def. be eating several whoppers :keke:

    It almost made me drop dead. The bootcamp training was brutal, my legs were on fire after that. Only thing I need to work on is running outside, most of my training has been inside. hopefully the weather gets better over here so I can take advantage of it.

    Thanks. I'd like to think all this training will pay off once I get there. TA training isn't nearly as tough as Royal Marine training though. Its only 7 weeks compared to the 32 weeks of RM training.

    I don't doubt you're ready. It's not just the sheer volume and amount of cardio you do it's the frequency you are hitting it too which is so impressive!

    1km run on %80 incline (never sweated so much in my life when I started this. Sweat was just pouring off my me. )
    100 floors on stairmaster
    stretch
    hammer grip pull ups/dips superset

    4 pull ups
    10 dips

    3.2km walk

    probably one of the most intense sessions I've had in a long time. I started feeling really faint when doing the pull ups/dips superset. Feels great though.
