Was wondering when is the best time to eat before eating?.
is eating food 2 hours before training bad? or should i wait longer?
i've been eating and going to the gym around an hour to two before gym
but always use the restroom and sweat alot, unlike waiting 4+ hours...

for me i usually wait 40 minutes in between eating and going to gym. I would say try different times and see what work best for you.

Depends on you man. Hear your body.

Before I really needed to eat at least 30 min before. Now I can go to the gym without eating ANYTHING.

^^

I think 40 mins is good.

I try to eat 1 hour before.

And when I'm just 15 min from my workout i drink my Bcaa's, and here I go!

Depends on the size of the meal, but I normally eat 1 and a half to 2 hours before my workout because I do eat a fairly large meal. That way I don't throw up during squats or deadlifts.

It depends on the size of the meal and the type of carbohydrates. If you are eating a gram of complex carbohydrates for every kg of weight, you should be good at 2 hours prior to training. If you are going with simple carbohydrates, you are looking at more like 30-45 minutes. If you do a huge meal that exceeds in grams your kg in weight by a lot, I would wait closer to 3 hours. I am also refering to meals that are relatively low in fat as fat takes a little longer to work its way through.

Depends,if you mean a meal like a protein shake or a protein carb shake then having that 30 mins before would be optimal imo,but as for a whole food meal i would say between 1-2 hrs before training.

I personally wouldn't want to go any longer.
