dr. prisk is the shit. he hardly even dieted for this show. dude stays lean most of the year, so when ever he feels like competing it only takes him like a month

He claims he doesn't even diet for a show. The only change is he "adds cardio in the morning."

no i dont know him directly, ive met him at a couple local contests. but one of my clients that i train is a ortho radiologist and sometimes works with him consulting on some cases and they workout at the same gym.

yea i dunno how some people can do that, i dont get out of shape or fat by any means in the off season, but that is just nuts. i guess he is happy with his size and doesnt want to put on too much mass.

He mentioned he doesn't go crazy in the offseason because it's not good for his profession.

The last 6 months of a PhD is regarded as a time when you balloon up in weight. Most of the people that I know gained a heap of fat/weight during final write-up.
