Here I will post my training and how it goes in this years plans to do my debut on stage.
I'm 20 years old, will be 21 this november. My weight is about 79-80Kg and I'am 178-179cm!

My goal now is to gain as much weight as possible until I will start my diet. I wants to compete in -80kg class the first time.

I also starts a new trainingprogram tomorrow, a 4-weeks program. We see how everything goes.

Will try to take picture as often as I can to, but I'am not good doing that

Today I start my new training program, so excited. Start the week with Legs and Calves!
My favorite bodypart is leg and back!

Todays training: Legs and calves.

Leg extensions
Squats
Leg press
Hacksquat
Walking Lunges

Lying Legcurl
One legcurl in hammerstrenght maskin
Straight deadlifts i smithmaskin
Seated legcurl
Standing onlegcurl

Seated calfraises
Standing calfraises
Calfraises in legpress

I do about 4-6 sets on every exercise. And this week it's heavy 4-6 reps/set.

Also dropsets included.
I love the FST-7, but I train legs twice a week, so I do the FST-7 on legday 2. I change it up sometimes!

Back and rear delts:

Chins
Lat-pulldown with reverse grip
Barbell rodd
Dumbell rodd
Latpulldown behind the neck
T-bar rodd
Lat pulldown wide-grip
Finish of with deadlifts :)
After I did 2 exercise for rear delts....
