About the forearm video, isn't the brachialis right underneath of the bicep? Not the forearm. Hm...

This is why you have to take what pros do and say with a large dash of salt. You don't have to be knowledgeable to be an athlete. There are exceptions of course.

its the brachioradialis they meant to say. The brachialis lies between the belly of the bicep and the outer head of the tricep. More so situated underneath both but is more pronounced in some people than others. Usually ppl just say "oh the brachialis" because thats the first muscle that most ppl learn in anatomy class hahaha
