It's important for weight watchers and body builders also to be aware of what they are taking in. If we are what we eat then foods can also determine our state of health. If we take in junk then our health will also be in the same "junk" state and therefore dangerous. Today, I've taken almost one cup of vegetables and rice each for breakfast and lunch. I see to it that I take in veggies more than meat so that I have more fiber in my tummy. It's really a matter of having proportion like veggies and fish for five days, meat for the weekends.
