My wife had her checkup and she was found out to have high cholesterol level. The doctor said that besides the medication the cholesterol can be shed off with proper diet and good exercise. Now this question is what really is a good exercise to lower or to regulate the cholesterol level in the body. Does she need to sweat a lot to be effective in her exercise?
