I injured myself lifting a heavy box in october, they gave me some meds and therapy exercises and a specialist appointment (which I never went to because the waiting time for consultation is like 3 hours long) I seem to be ok, It doesn't hurt anymore and it doesn't feel uncomfortable anymore I'm pretty sure I'm completly fine but still.. I'm not sure if it's a slipped disc but for what I've read on the Internet it seems to be that. One of the general doctors pointed out looking at the xrays that I might have a slight case of scoliosis in the bottom of the spine where the spine and pelvis connect. Nothing is certain though.Routines and tips will be appreciated
