I have been focusing on leaning out again. In the last 3 months I have gone from 216 to 280 with my goal being 170. I do high protein, low fat..

This was my lunch today..
The fish is called Swai.. never had it until today. I usually have Salmon.

I think all fish are healthy as long as they are non poisonous.

That's a good meal. I eat veggies and fruits more.

I have a Great Fish Monger, so there's always something new to try.

Just had some Fresh Sardines from Greece, he Fly's them into the U.S. on Ice.

And not those Tiny things you see in Cans, but nice size, around 6 to 8".

Well I recently got this spice rub that I have just been putting on everything, so basically I am a lot of beans and chicken with a whole lot of the spice stuff. Of course, I have some salads too, on the side.

Yeah, I agree with the eggs, but pretty unsure about the rest! Nothing like a proper diet to get us fit, no way around that.

My usual diet for the week is a mix of vegetables, fish and meat. When it is firh and vegetables for Monday then chicken will be the food on Tuesday and then pork then beef. As much as possible, we try to eat a balanced diet for the week and not concentrate on all meat or all fish. We also don’t have the intention to be a vegetarian.

That and weights and running.

lol yeah weights and running help a lot. I didn't use to care much about running, but it's very important too. Diversify the exercise helps us reach our goals faster.

Dammit, I've missed this thread!
Today I had pizza at lunch, a couple icecreams, now for dinner I might have another pizza and more iceacream. Carb loading ala Juan Morel for tomorrow's leg day! :D

Pasta for lunch yesterday, a gift from tkd shipped to me from Italy!
