    OUCH is the first thing that comes to mind when reading those rope pushdowns. and i can't really compliment any of your back movements coz i never heard of them lol...but i'm sure that you are still lifting a shitload more weight than i could lift with them.

    It wasn't that bad my trainer check my weight and im 2 kg (4,4lb) heavier than last week, hooray for Robert!!!
    im not gonna say my current bodyweight but i'll post some pics in the middle of my bulk, its a deal.
