    Awesome workout there Tweak, but i am confused at the lack of weight for your chins? Seens as your a freekin "demon-chinner" (the demon chinner thing sounds good in my head anyway, i just hope it comes out as good as it sounds in my head ) :keke:.

    P.s. Nice calf work, good too see a tri-set thrown in there for them.

    as I explained to you on AIM I used to do pullups, thats all I use to ever do. However, my right lat is stronger and I'd come up uneven so with the underhand grip I get a better contraction of the lats and don't cheat

    chins looking great, i always like to alternate between pull ups and chins, get some variation.

    solid improvement there tweak........and a nice video with the chins....>>question: do you think chin's hit ur back better than pullups???? i read an article on bodybuilding.com and it said that hitting chins will increase ur back width and thickness...???......i just figured a person like urself who kills chins like u would know a thing or two???

    To answer your question, yes. I absolutely think chins hit your back better. I feel such a better contraction, go up evenly and its pretty damn hard to mess them up.
    With Pullups its pretty easy to go up unevenly and I find the contraction isn't as great.

    good point, now that i think about it i can feel better contraction in chins, but i do like both.

    NIce going bench keeps going up everytime ur in their, shit load of calves too, ill try to keep up with u their. Heavy chins, good form too. 225 for a double under 170 would be very impressive, right around the corner bro

    Good Chin vid Tweak . Good benching improvements too buddy. keep it up. btw, i agree with you that chins hit back more than pull-ups, but i gotta say that the pull-ups do hit my back in a way that i can't feel with just chins. . Anyway, thats no "biggie", good sesh man.
