    Chest/Arms tonight with Paul

    Close Grip Bench Press
    135x10 - warmup
    185x6 - warmup
    205x6
225x4 this is oddly about 3-4 reps short of what I can do on Flat Bench
    205x6

    Incline Db Press
    70x8 too light
    80x8 still too light
    90x6 thats better
90x6 I personally think I could have gotten the 95s for 6 but my shoulder was starting to bug me

    BB Curls
    95x10
    115x5
    135x5

    Flat Db Press
70x8 way too light dammit :angrydude:
    85x8 still not enough
100x5 not bad for doing them last
    100x5

Neck - 2 sets each direction

As you can tell I'm having an awfully hard time judging my own strength after my first exercise

I'm actually very pleased with doing the 100s for my last exercise, I'm pretty sure the 110s or 115s would have been mine had I done Flat Db Press first

The biggest difference between you and me is you're you, and I'm me. I always win. Sorry bro.

    Me+45x6

Seated Front DB Raises w/ Pause at the top

    75x10
    75x8
75x6 <-- :weaksuace: those higher reps kill me

Pulldowns - 4 sets, I dont remember the weight I just remember I had to keep moving the pin lower each set

    Side Laterals

    30x10
    40x10
    40x10

    Behind Back Shrugs
    - really underestimated myself on these
    135x10
    165x10
    185x10
    205x10

    Bodymasters Row Machine thinger
    - underestimated myself again
    140x8
    160x8
    200x8

    Chest/Arms

    Flat Db Press
    100x12
    105x10
    110x5 <-- I think I tired myself out
110x5 <-- at least I got it two sets in a row

    Incline Seated Db Curl
    25x12<-- warmup
    35x12<-- warmup
    45x12 - 30 second rest - 45x8 - 30 second rest - 45x6

Decline BB Press - first time in over a year I've done this, I despise this movement I have no other alternatives though, I do Incline DBs my other chest day and Incline BB tear my shoulders up. I'm going to try the Marines gym next time, I think their gym may be better equipped and hopefully have dip bars, then I'll be all set I could try the other gym even, the biggest one on base but its about a 2 mile walk

    135x12
    185x12
    205x8

    Db Skullcrushers

    35x10
    40x10
    40x10

    Forearms - 2 sets

I'm going to be changing the reps up this upcoming week, I'm going to keep everything between the 8-12 range instead of 4-8 range, see how that works out for the next 8 weeks. Also, Tuesday will be the first time I'll have trained legs in 5 months Another reason to go to the Marines gym too, since the current gym I go to (smallest one on base, but closest) does not have a squat rack but only a smith machine plus as mentioned before does not have dip bars which are a staple in my chest workout.
Also, today marks the first official day of my bulk, even though I gained 20lbs in 4 weeks I'm shooting for 220lbs by the 1st of January, lets see how that works out

The biggest difference between you and me is you're you, and I'm me. I always win. Sorry bro.
