    my shoulder only bugs me on Flat Bench and nothing else, so its not nearly as high on the list of injuries, its more of an annoyance. My back has felt good the last couple days, today when running out to my truck I couldnt feel it for once which was good. I'd say its around 60-65%.
    My wrist is at a good 85% and my shoulder is just about 100% except for Flat Bench, I hate Flat Bench

    I don't know if it's necessary to do both of those in the same session since it's basically the same motion and activates the same muscle, but damn that musta burned! Heavy weight to superset 16 reps, good work.

    I like how many people have really been questioning my training lately.

    "why do you superset arms together"

    "arent you bulking, theres no need to do that"

    and now this. I dont do this every week, I hit traps different each week and once a week. This is just another method of intensity I use for them to make them grow. Apparently I'm doing something right since my traps are actually outta proportion with the rest of me (too big)

    apparently the supersets work because my arms grew 1/2" in 4 weeks

    apprently I know what the fuck I'm doing

    btw...I'm chaning my training split in a couple weeks, much earlier then I expected but I wanna start hitting legs twice a week, I'm just going to give my back time to heal and then change it.

    Its gonna be everything twice a week...I think. Or I'll be going on a 3 on, 1 day off, then 3 days back on like this.

    Day 1: Legs
    Day 2: Chest/Arms
    Day 3: Back/Shoulders
    OFF
    Day 5: Legs
    Day 6: Chest/Arms
    Day 7: Back/Shoulders

    hows this routine look?

    Tweak doesnt give a shit about anybodys opinion. He knows how to train.

    The new routine looks pretty intense! I think you will love it, and training back and legs twice a week will be really challenging, I guarentee it.

    split look ood man i woul dkeep it to basic movemnets and u can actually use this to grow nicely bro.

    like for chet i would do flat DBs and incline presses 12 sets total, then for triceps get a close grip press or a kick with a close grip as a superset and do that for 5 sets then a barbell curl for 5 stes and be done w it, youll ave an awesome pump and youll gain some great sze. its a nice shock routine.

    i would keep shoulers basic too man presses upright rows and shrugs, doesnt mean u cant do 5 sets of presses 5 sets of upright rows and 5 sets of shrugs since u like more volume n what not, but this is my opinion and u asked so i gave it. the split looks good, be smart keep the movements basic and go for that hormone release sinc eyour on the bulk. Basic movements dont mean u cant do volume training just do more sets is all.

    I'll keep most the movements I have now actually. and I'll still alternate each chest day between dbs and bbs, and same with back I'll still have one day for width and one day for thickness. However I'll still keep the my deadlift only once every OTHER week.

    All the same goals with this, but I figure I'm bulking and need legs twice a week, hopefully I see some really good gains with this.

    new routine looks fantastic. don't listen to those people...you know your shit, we all know that. and 1/2'' in 4 weeks...god DAMN! thats fantatic bro. that sounds like optimal gains to me (without roids). you're kicking alot of ass this bulk, keep it up.

I wasn't trying to be critical as much as make conversation and maybe get a reply back on why you like to do both, which I guess reading my last post was pertty unclear so I apologize for that. I'm still trying to learn and I'd like to get lots of different opinions on things like that because everyone's different.
