    I did some legs today, no Squats though of course...letting my back heal

    Leg Extensions

    Stiff Leg Deadlift with EZ bar and very very light weight because of my back
    110 3 sets of 12

    Bodymasters Hack Squat thingy, puts no pressure on my back
    I dont remember the weight

    Standing Leg Curl

    Hammer Strength One Leg Leg Press thing
    I dont remember the weight

    and 6 sets of Calves

    not a very informative session I know but oh well....my back is still iffy so I'm taking it easy to a point and going mostly for the pump, the pump was great this session...I smashed my calves hard

    How did you do the standing leg curls? I've tried doing them with cables but I've never liked it; a friend of mine said he attaches a weight to the ankle strap and does them that way. I'm getting bored with Line's seated leg curls and laying leg curls every leg day...

    good session. My biceps are starting to get kinda strong suprisingly, it doesnt show from here but I can feel it. I keep the weights light only because with biceps theres no need to try to do as much as weight as you possibly can, they arent really suppose to be strong...Line taught me that but I may increase the weight slightly over the next few weeks, maybe only by 5lbs or so..I always train Biceps for pump and perfect form, no need to go 4,5 reps with biceps

    Db Skullcrushers felt great, I liked them a lot. I think I'll be doing them more often.

    It made me angry as hell I couldnt get the 95lbs up and then I was so toasted from attempting to get them up I could only manage the 80s for 8 reps
